GROUP ROOM RATE:
- $179** USD per room per day and is subject to applicable state and local taxes and a Facilities Service Charge.**
- Cancel 2 days prior to arrival date to avoid penalty of 1 Nights Room Charge.
- Check-in time after 4 p.m. Check-out time before 12 p.m.
- Property is completely non-smoking.
- Must be 21 years of age to check into a room.
- Valid form of ID required at check-in.
- Early Checkout penalty fee charge of $50 USD.
- Resort Fee (Facilities Service Charge) is charged at $15 USD per room per day.
- Altering dates may result in a rate change.
- Group rate is subject to availability.
**FACILITIES SERVICE CHARGE (Resort Fee)
$15.00 USD per room, per day, inclusive of Wireless Internet access in guestrooms and public areas, bell and made gratuities, 800 and local call access, newspaper, in-room coffee and tea, fitness center access, and parking. Facilities Service Charge is separate and distinct from and in addition to the room rate and from taxes.
